Store credit

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be:

– Unused and in the same condition that you received it

– In its original packaging

– Returned within 14 days of purchase

– Purchased at full retail price

– Store credits cannot be transferred to another person or account

– When an item you’ve ordered doesn’t fit or doesn’t live up to your expectations in any way, the shipping costs for the return or exchange are for the client.

Faulty items

Received a faulty item? Please contact us via info@angelinapolewear.com. You are eligible to receive a full refund for your item, if it is:

– Faulty at the manufacturer’s fault

– Unused and in the same condition that you received it

– It must also be in the original packaging.

– Returned within 14 days of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 1 – 14 business days.
